This November, our team set off on a 5-day autumn adventure across Japan’s Hokuriku region. From the scenic heights of Kamikochi to the fairytale-like Shirakawa-go village, every stop was a new experience. We shared laughter over grilled Hida beef, picked apples straight from the tree, and stood in awe before the stunning Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route.
But beyond the breathtaking views and hot springs, the real highlight was the people — the chance to connect, reflect, and grow together outside the office. These moments remind us why our work culture matters: because behind every great product, campaign, or idea is a team that trusts and supports each other.
